This policy explains how Builders Branding collects and uses personal information when you visit buildersbranding.co.uk, contact us or use our services, and the rights you have.
Who we are
Builders Branding is a trading name of Cresvi Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15966709), registered office: Office 10120, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA. Cresvi Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What information we collect
Information you give us, for example when you fill in our website health check form, email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp:
- your name and business name
- your trade, town or city and website address
- your email address and phone number
- anything you include in your message, such as details about your business or your Google Business Profile
Information collected automatically when you use our website:
- pages visited, time on site, how you arrived (for example from Google) and general location (town or region)
- device and browser information and IP address
- cookie information, as explained in our Cookie Policy
Information from clients: if you become a client, we may receive access to your website, Google Business Profile, analytics and advertising accounts to carry out the work you ask for.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and our services are not aimed at children.

Who we share your information with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- our website hosting and security providers
- Zoho (business email)
- Google (Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA and, for clients, Google Business Profile and Google Ads)
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us there
- our accountants and professional advisers
- authorities, if the law requires it
Some of our team members and service providers are based outside the UK and may access enquiry and client information to carry out the work. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we make sure it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or that the country has UK adequacy regulations.
How long we keep your information
- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 2 years from our last contact, then deleted
- Client records and contracts: 6 years after our work ends, for legal and tax reasons
- Analytics data: kept for the period set in our Google Analytics settings, then deleted automatically
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
- ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent
To use any of these rights, email umer@cresvidigital.com. We will reply within one month. There is normally no charge.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Security
We use secure hosting, encrypted connections (HTTPS), firewalls and access controls to protect your information. Only people who need access to do their job can see it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
